FUNCTION: 
Hydrophilic coating/UV curing process for catheters, guidewires and various medical and non-medical device applications.

FEATURES

• Cure Speed range is programmable from 0 - 150 cm/minute to allow variable UV dosage to be applied to the product.

• Draw From Solution range is programmable from 0 - 150 cm/minute to allow variable coating thicknesses to be applied to the
  product

• Built in radiometer sensor for UV light level verification.

• Catheter lengths up to 300 cm with maximum speed of 150 cm/minute.

• Drying parameters are controlled by a combination of airflow and programmable temperature control up to 300 degrees F.  These changeable parameters enables drying ensuring better focused coating integrity.

• Coating machines are sealed and are light tight to protect against any UV light exposure to humans.
