TABLE TOP BIO-STRIPER

The Kuntz Table Top Bio-Striper was developed to meet the needs of the biodiagnostic industry for a versatile dispensing unit adaptable to a variety of pump types (see below).  Piezoelectric charge and deflect or drop on demand technologies are included with up to one picoliter control. 

The technically advanced system is based on a stepper motor driven rotary drum (shown) or flat bed concept.  The unique design will stripe up to two cards that measure up to 3” x 12” (30 cm) at a time, or a single card up to 24” (60 cm) in length.  The Bio-Striper accommodates different membrane widths and lengths - all in the same machine - and is expandable to reel systems with drying.

The Bio-Striper shown is equipped with three Kloehn micro dispensing, positive displacement syringe type pumps.  The unit is supplied with a laptop computer for programming motion and speed, or the customer can provide their own PC
